Ingredients for Brownie Cake:
– Butter 150g
– Dark Chocolate 200g
– White Sugar 90g
– Eggs 4
– Cake Flour 130g
– Cocoa Powder 10g
– Baking Powder 6g
– Nuts 18 pieces
Method for Brownie Cake:
Step 1: Melt 150g butter and 200g dark chocolate over boiling water, stirring until smooth.
Step 2: Pour in 90g sugar and mix well.
Step 3: Add 4 room temperature eggs and mix well.
Step 4: Sift in 130g cake flour, 10g cocoa powder, and 6g baking powder, mixing until no dry ingredients remain.
Step 5: Pour the batter into a brownie baking pan, smoothing the surface.
Step 6: Place brownie portion molds into the batter.
Step 7: Place nuts in the center of the surface, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes on both the top and bottom heat, in the middle rack.
