How to Make Peach Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients for Peach Shortbread: Whole egg liquid 30g, White sugar 40g, Corn oil 87g, Cake flour 150g, Baking powder 2.5g, Baking soda 1.5g, Roasted black sesame seeds to taste.
Steps for making Peach Shortbread:


1. Mix 30g of whole egg liquid with 40g of sugar until well combined.


2. Pour in 87g of corn oil and mix well.


3. Sift in a mixture of 150g cake flour, 2.5g baking powder, and 1.5g baking soda, then mix until evenly combined.


4. Divide the dough into 9 portions, shape each into a round ball, and place them on a baking tray.


5. Use a rolling pin to poke a hole in the center of each small dough ball.


6. Sprinkle roasted black sesame seeds on top, then bake in the oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes on both the top and bottom heat, in the middle rack.
